Once approved, no changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made.

Orders and Payments

We accept secure payments through major credit/debit cards and Wix Payments.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Cr8ted4ThisJourney reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing times may vary based on product type (especially for custom pieces).
You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Cr8ted4ThisJourney is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products:

• Custom and personalized items: Non-refundable.

• Non-custom items: May be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Please contact us before returning an item to obtain approval and instructions.
