 Return & Exchange Policy

We want your piece to feel aligned with your journey. While all sales are considered final due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our work, we do offer...store credit or a one-time exchange to choose something of your liking at equal value.

To be eligible:

• Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

• Packaging must be intact

• You must provide your emailed receipt or proof of purchase

 

 To start a return or exchange, we kindly ask that you email us at returns@cr8ted4thisjourney.com within 14 days of  delivery. 
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with clear instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 One-Time Exchanges

Many of the designs are unique journey pieces, the fastest way to get something new is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you're welcome to place a new order for the piece you love.

 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Final Sale items

 

These pieces were created uniquely for your journey and cannot be returned.
